Refund Policy

This policy describes the conditions for refunding funds deposited by users to top up their in-game balance on the DarkNova project.
Topping up the balance is a voluntary donation to support the project. Once in-game currency is credited to your account, the donation is considered accepted.
1. When a refund is possible
- Payment was charged but in-game currency was not credited within 24 hours due to technical reasons.
- A double charge occurred due to the payment system's fault.
- Payment was made using someone else's payment instrument without the owner's knowledge (upon official request from the card holder or payment system).
2. When a refund is not possible
- The in-game currency has already been spent on goods, services or in-game items.
- The account is blocked for violating the Service rules.
- More than 14 days have passed since the payment.
- The user has simply changed their mind or lost interest in the game.
3. How to apply
To request a refund, submit a ticket to support including:
- account login;
- date, amount and payment method;
- transaction ID from the payment system;
- reason for the request.
Processing time is up to 14 business days.
4. Refund method
Refunds are issued via the same method that was used for payment. Payment system fees are not reimbursed.
